    Description:

    Our tungsten carbide rod HF06U is comprised of 94% tungsten carbide, 6% cobalt with ultrafine 0.4microns grain size.

    Our tungsten carbide bars are sintered by Hot Isostatic Pressing sintering technique, which can reduce the probability of porosities and efficiently increase the mechanical property of rod. Therefore, the technique can greatly optimize rod’s quality and being more stable and reliable.

    Tungsten carbide have many excellent characteristics such as high hardness and strength, good wear and corrosion resistance and salient stability under high temperature, which make tungsten carbide a popular material for making carbide cutting tools in many industrial application.
