Product Description:

The fully automatic insulating oil gas separation tester uses infrared optical fiber optic cable sensing technology to detect the flowing liquid level to ensure the accuracy and precision of the measurement. It is characterized by reliable operation, easy operation and high precision. It is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, railway, scientific research and other departments. It is an excellent equipment for oil product analysis and quality inspection.

Technical Features:

The MCS-51 series single-chip microcomputer is used as the system control core, the 7-inch 256-color intelligent color screen display and the configuration of the screen touch buttons ensure the advanced nature and reliability of the whole machine.

Chinese LCD display, man-machine menu dialogue, wizard-style operation.

Automatic constant temperature oil bath at 80°C, automatic hydrogen filling, automatic opening and closing of the straight-through valve.

Automatically measure the amount of gas evolution for 10 minutes and 50 minutes of electricity, and automatically calculate the gas evolution G value of the sample; G=(B60-B10)×1000/50; (see GB/T11142-89 standard).
