valve D634-341C,working principle of direct acting valve.The closed loop control of spool displacement with position sensor and linear force motor is achieved through an integrated circuit board, the electrical signal corresponding to the desired spool displacement is fed into the integrated circuit board, this electrical signal is converted into a gec-modulated current to drive the linear force motor, and the oscillator excizes the spool position.Position sensors (LVDTS) generate electrical signals proportional to spool displacement.The adjusted intercore displacement signal is compared with the command signal, and the comparison spool position deviation generates current acting on the force motor coil to push the spool displacement to the specified position, and the spool position differential is reduced to zero, so the obtained spool displacement is inversely proportional to the command signal.
