1.Battery cabinet Introduction

The outdoor cabinet is widely used in telecom operators’ mobile telecommunication sites, outdoor small shelters, railway electrical control cabinets, electronic police, communication base stations, outdoor air detection stations, solar control cabinets,etc.This series cabinet is 2100mm High and 900mm Wide and 900mm Deep. it can integrated various types of equipments,such as power distribution unit,enverionment monitoring unit,and etc.The cooling of the cabinet is fan,which is installed on the front door of the cabinet. It can make sure the temperature stable for the equipment operating. The cabinet is configured with fully locking doors to both front and rear faces allowing for access from both sides of the electrical equipment being integrated.

2.Battery cabinet Features

-Ingress protection is IP55, we can provide IP65 cabinet based on client’s actual.

-Made of heavy gauge galvanized material.

-Front door use standard three-point anti-theft lock. The door lock forms an upper, middle and lower three-point locking structure. For the cabinet with large area, the locking effect is safe and reliable.

-Standard 19 inch mounting posts.comply with IEC60297.

-Doors secured with steel dead locking system lock (support PADLOCK)

-It is installed in the ground root or above ground column base system by "direct burying"

-Cable entry is via the base as standard with side or roof entry available upon request.

This battery cabinet is 2100mm High and 900mm Wide and 900mmDeep. It comes with 2 battery layers . The cabinet material is high quality steel plate, which is made by the world's leading AMAD CNC equipment, with exquisite workmanship and precise size. The main frame of the cabinet is made by welding, ensuring the whole cabinet is strong and durable. The internal structure and all kinds of accessories are assembled in the way of assembling, and the application is flexible. The cabinet body and its internal accessories are all pretreated by acid washing and phosphating, and then the special molding powder is used for electrostatic spraying, so as to prevent corrosion and rust.
