Counterbalanced Unmanned Forklift is an automated handling equipment that combines traditional counterweight structure with intelligent navigation technology. Its core principle is to balance the load (rated load 1-5 tons) through the counterweight block at the rear of the vehicle body, equipped with laser SLAM + inertial navigation system (positioning accuracy ±10mm), to achieve autonomous path planning and precise operation.The equipment adopts multi-sensor fusion technology (3D laser radar + visual camera + ultrasonic wave), has dynamic obstacle avoidance and adaptive speed regulation functions, and can operate stably in complex environments.

Main technical features:
1. Heavy-load balance structure: The rear counterweight design allows the front cantilever to carry a larger weight, with a maximum load of 8 tons;
2. Omnidirectional mobility: equipped with steering wheel or Mecanum wheel to achieve flexible steering with zero turning radius;
3. Intelligent safety system: triple protection mechanism (emergency stop button + anti-collision barrier + electronic fence) to ensure the safety of human-machine mixed operation;
4. Cloud scheduling management: Support Fleet Management system to achieve multi-vehicle collaboration, and improve operation efficiency by 60%.
