With high dynamic response, high accuracy, high repeatability, zero
mechanical transmission error and thermally stable structure, the
single-axis linear motor module has become the core drive
technology of machine vision system, which can realize sub-micron
positioning and high-speed synchronous detection.
Single-axis linear motor module can be used in camera scanning and
positioning to move the camera accurately so that it scans or
photographs the object under test, thus improving the inspection
efficiency.
In automated production lines, single-axis linear motor modules are
used to convey workpieces to be inspected, enabling precise
positioning and ensuring accurate shooting and inspection.
In optical inspection systems it is used to drive optical lenses or
laser sensors for precise adjustment, ensuring that the inspection
system can measure the target area with high accuracy.
In robot systems, linear modules are used in conjunction with
vision systems to perform automatic deflection correction, guide
manipulators to accurately grasp objects, and improve automation.
