Mini loaf pans are small, individually sized baking pans used for
making small loaves, cakes, or other baked goods. They are usually
made of aluminum metal and each pan holds about 200 ml (or 6-8 oz).
Note: You can use mini loaf pans instead of standard-sized loaf pans,
but you need to be careful about the baking time. The smaller size
and capacity of mini loaf pans also require less baking time. You
need to check often by inserting a toothpick into the center of the
ingredients. If the toothpick comes out clean, it is done. You
should start checking at least 10-15 minutes before the time
indicated for a normal standard-sized loaf pan.
