With the development of science and technology, the communication
methods between devices are also various, CAN bus, 485 bus, TCP /
IP, but these can not get rid of the restrictions of physical
lines, once the physical lines are damaged, the entire system will
be paralyzed. In particular, the license plate recognition system,
which is currently the most widely used, is completely based on the
way in and out of the license plate, and is highly dependent on the
network.
Photo for W4G Controller:
In order to solve this problem, we have specially developed a W4G
series motherboard based on 4G communication. The motherboard
supports direct communication with the cloud platform using 4G or
Ethernet communication. The network depends only on the operator
and has nothing to do with any other physical lines. Uses the same
wireless signal as the phone, so the device will work as long as
the phone network is up.
The controller uses a high-speed ARM processor based on the
Cortex-M3 core and runs a highly reliable real-time embedded
operating system, which can process multiple tasks simultaneously.
The processor and 4G module use high-speed USB communication
instead of the usual serial port mode, which can give full play to
the performance of 4G. The operating system has the common
operations of the parking lot system, as well as the entry and
exitoperation procedures, which can effectively reduce the workload
of the upper computer, reduce network traffic, and save costs.
The W4G controller has a built-in 4G network cable communication
module, an Ethernet communication module, and communication
interfaces such as RS232 and RS485, which can easily exchange data
with other equipment. The controller has an on-board timing module.
The clock can run normally after power failure. The large-capacity
data memory can save multiple offline data.
The rich standard interface enables the controller not only to be
used in parking lot control systems, but also used in access
control, existing equipment connected to the cloud and other
occasions.

Other Funciton:
The built-in control program of the controller contains the control program of the universal printer,which can used for receipt printer directly(program can setting according to data format) wihch including ETC Parsing protocols and specific LED drivers,which can control photo display and text display.The Ethernet interface can be used to directly receive captured photos of vehicles pushed by the license plate camera. RS485 can also support the license plate access information pushed by the camera. The controllersupports two ways of development, cloud docking and local use. When it is used locally, it can be developed by the local SDK. The controller is controlled by PC software.
Operations, such as opening and closing gates, information display, voice broadcast, etc., without directly receiving photos from the camera or performing data interaction with the cloud.
When docking in the cloud, you can call the SDK development kit provided by the manufacturer on the cloud server. The controller will automatically connect to the cloud and receive commands sent from the cloud for corresponding operations. It is recommended to develop in the cloud docking mode.
The internal integrated network control program can automatically select the local network to connect to the cloud platform when the local network is normal, and automatically switch to the 4G network for communication when the local network fails, without affecting the normal access and the flow processing. When the local network is restored, it will automatically switch back to the local network again, thereby saving the maximum 4G network traffic. When the 4G network fails, the controller will automatically restart the 4G module for network retry and other operations to ensure that the network returns to normal in the shortest time.
