The TL6B removable plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency
partition wall type heat exchange device belonging to the removable
plate heat exchanger series. With its compact structural design and
excellent heat exchange performance, it meets the heat exchange
requirements of cold and hot media in various industries, and can
achieve the process goals of cooling hot media and heating cold

The core of this product consists of multiple heat exchange plates,
which are metal thin plates stamped with corrugated grooves.
Gaskets are equipped around the plates and compressed and fixed by
clamping studs. The holes at the corners of the plates form a
continuous medium channel. The plates are arranged in an
alternating manner, so that the two kinds of fluids (cold and hot)
enter their exclusive channels respectively and are completely
separated by the plates. A countercurrent flow mode is adopted
under normal working conditions.
During the heat exchange process, the hot medium transfers heat
energy to the metal plates, which in turn conduct the heat energy
to the cold medium on the other side, completing the efficient heat
exchange. Finally, the hot medium is cooled down and the cold
medium is heated up to achieve the intended use effect.
